The dizzy-anxious-dizzy cycle is real. And there is a way to break the top 5 behaviors that keep people stuck in it.
You panic every time there is an increase in bodily sensations or a new sensation pops up. Every time you try a new medication or supplement. Every time you walk down the detergent aisle. Dizziness and anxiety have become one thing that feels impossible to manage.
You don't want another tool from a general therapist who doesn't "get" what it's like to live with chronic dizziness.
You want:
âžś To notice a sensation without immediate panic
➜ To sit with uncertainty without someone (or AI) telling you you're okay.
➜ To say yes to an event and actually go.
➜ To walk into a room without planning your exit strategy.
You want to feel more in control of your day-to-day.

Who It’s For
This mini course may be a good fit for you if:
- Live with dizziness and think the mental management is the hardest part
- Your mind jumps straight to worst-case scenarios when symptoms show up
- You've canceled plans or skipped events because of how you might feel
- You want practical tools you can use today, not a deep-dive
This mini course is NOT for you if:
- You want a deep dive and scientific explanation for WHY these things happen
- You want the full holistic picture including histamine and environmental toxins
- You need 1-1 level support
The above are provided either through my comprehensive course, Back to Balance, or through coaching
I'M A GOOD FIT!

Dr. Emily Kostelnik
Clinical Psychologist & Fellow Vestibular Warrior
I’m Emily Kostelnik, a Clinical Health Psychologist specializing in Health Psychology and someone who truly understands what it means to live with chronic dizziness. I’ve been diagnosed with SCDS, BPPV, vestibular migraine, and PPPD. I’ve walked through the fear, the isolation, the frustration of being misunderstood, and the slow, uncertain road toward healing, especially during my postpartum journey. I know what it feels like when your world shrinks and your body no longer feels predictable or safe.
As both a provider and a patient, I began to see what was missing. Chronic dizziness isn’t just physical. It impacts your nervous system, your thoughts, your identity, your relationships, and your sense of safety in the world. Lasting recovery requires addressing all of it, not just one symptom or one system. Over the past nine years, I’ve immersed myself in vestibular research while integrating trauma science, neuroplasticity, inflammation research, and mind-body medicine. I’ve seen what works clinically. And I’ve lived what works personally.
Dizzy-Anxious Breakthrough is for people who need skills to use today, without fluff.
You don’t have to piece this together alone.
This is the path I built so you don’t have to walk it without direction.
Let This
Be Your
Starting Point.
Let this be the moment the spiral loosens its grip.
Get language for what you've been living with, and tools that help you feel a little steadier, one moment at a time.
You need to know you're not imagining this, and you're not alone in it. There's a real connection between dizziness and anxiety. Once you can see it, it stops feeling so unpredictable.
Dizzy-Anxious Breakthrough is that first step.
If you're ready for something simple, supportive, and entirely at your own pace, this is where you begin.
