You’ve done the diets, the medications, the protocols... and you’re still dizzy.
You’ve been told it’s just anxiety. You’ve seen specialist after specialist. You’ve researched more than most doctors. And still, you’re dizzy, stuck, disconnected, and desperate for relief.
And you might’ve even walked away from your job. You’ve skipped social events, stopped driving, you feel like you’re just surviving each day. It’s constant fear and unpredictability, and it’s consumed your identity.
Yet, if you’re reading this, it’s likely because something inside you is still holding onto hope despite how exhausting it’s been. I want you to know you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.Â
You don’t just want fewer symptoms.
You want:
âžś To drive without fear.
âžś To go to dinner without scanning for exits.
âžś To stop monitoring every sensation.
âžś To trust your body again.
âžś To wake up without bracing for the day.
You want your identity back.
Back to Balance isn’t about managing dizziness forever.
It’s about rebuilding capacity, confidence, and clarity so dizziness no longer controls your decisions.
 INTRODUCING
Back to Balance
The Whole-Person Approach to Chronic Dizziness

Back to Balance is a structured, self-paced program created for those navigating chronic dizziness conditions such as vestibular migraine, PPPD, Meniere’s Disease, and BPPV.
You’ll have 5 months of access to move through the material in a way that supports your nervous system, along with weekly Q&A sessions to receive direct guidance and support.
It blends psychology, mind-body science, nervous system regulation, and personal insight into a clear, structured, and deeply compassionate path forward. You don’t need to figure this out alone - you just need the right roadmap.
The Back to Balance Framework™
A 5-phase whole-person recovery path designed to help you move from confusion and fear → to clarity, stability, and renewed confidence in your body.
Each phase builds on the last, gently, intentionally, and in a way that respects your nervous system.
Understand the Why  Â
Gain clarity on what’s truly happening in your body and brain so symptoms stop feeling random and frightening. Reframe your experience through a whole-person lens and replace fear with understanding.Â
Identify Your Triggers
Pinpoint your unique symptom drivers across physical, emotional, psychological, nutritional, and environmental factors, so you can stop guessing and start responding with precision.
Regulate Your SystemÂ
Calm and rebalance your nervous system using trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed tools. Reduce flare intensity, restore safety in your body, and interrupt chronic stress cycles.
Rebuild CapacityÂ
Gently expand your ability to participate in daily life, driving, screens, work, social settings, while rebuilding resilience and trust in your body.
Sustain and SupportÂ
Integrate strategies that support long-term stability. Leave with the tools, mindset, and confidence to maintain progress beyond the program.
This framework has been lived, tested, and refined to support lasting stability for people navigating chronic dizziness. Each phase builds on the last to replace confusion with clarity, fear with understanding, and survival with steady forward movement.

A Glimpse Inside the Program
Each week, you’ll unlock and uncover a new piece of the puzzle. Inside the modules, you’ll find:
-
Identify the true root drivers behind your dizziness, so you stop chasing symptoms and start addressing what’s actually keeping them active.
-
Understand how trauma, chronic stress, and thought patterns amplify vestibular symptoms and learn how to interrupt those cycles.
-
Use practical nervous system regulation tools that help reduce flare intensity, shorten duration, and restore a sense of safety in your body.
-
Support inflammation, blood sugar, hydration, and the gut-brain connection in ways that stabilize symptoms rather than restrict your life.
-
Apply somatic practices and neuroplasticity tools that retrain your brain’s threat response and build resilience over time.
-
Navigate real-life situations, driving, travel, screens, food sensitivities, supplements, social settings with confidence instead of fear.
Here’s what you’ll explore week by week:

MODULEÂ 5
Nutrition & Supplements
Stabilize your system through gut-brain support, blood sugar regulation, hydration, and targeted supplementation. Replace confusion and food fear with structured, sustainable guidance.
MODULEÂ 6
The Role of the Nervous System
Understand how chronic stress and nervous system sensitization contribute to symptom persistence. Learn why your body feels stuck in threat mode and how to begin shifting it toward safety.
MODULEÂ 7
Regulating Your Nervous System
Build real-time regulation skills that help calm flares as they begin. Use breathwork, EFT, grounding, and vagal stimulation tools to reduce intensity, shorten recovery time, and restore steadiness.
MODULEÂ 8
Cognition & Neuroplasticity
Rewire fear-based thinking patterns that amplify symptoms. Learn how to shift internal dialogue, retrain perception, and support brain-based recovery through practical neuroplasticity tools.
MODULEÂ 9
Somatics
Reconnect with your body safely. Use somatic tracking, orienting, and gentle movement practices to reduce hypervigilance and rebuild embodied trust.
MODULEÂ 10
Chronic Dizziness & Personal Identity

Clinical Psychologist & Fellow Vestibular Warrior
I’m Emily Kostelnik, a Clinical Health Psychologist specializing in Health Psychology and someone who truly understands what it means to live with chronic dizziness. I’ve been diagnosed with SCDS, BPPV, vestibular migraine, and PPPD. I’ve walked through the fear, the isolation, the frustration of being misunderstood, and the slow, uncertain road toward healing, especially during my postpartum journey. I know what it feels like when your world shrinks and your body no longer feels predictable or safe.
As both a provider and a patient, I began to see what was missing. Chronic dizziness isn’t just physical. It impacts your nervous system, your thoughts, your identity, your relationships, and your sense of safety in the world. Lasting recovery requires addressing all of it, not just one symptom or one system. Over the past nine years, I’ve immersed myself in vestibular research while integrating trauma science, neuroplasticity, inflammation research, and mind-body medicine. I’ve seen what works clinically. And I’ve lived what works personally.
Back to Balance is the program I wish had existed when I was navigating my own vestibular conditions, a clear, structured roadmap that honors the full complexity of healing. It’s designed to help you move from fear to understanding, from survival to stability, and from isolation to guided support.
You don’t have to piece this together alone.
This is the path I built so you don’t have to walk it without direction.
Got Questions? Let’s Answer Them:
What if I don’t have a formal diagnosis?
Will this work for vestibular migraine, PPPD, Meniere’s, or other diagnoses?
What if I’ve already tried other programs or treatments?
How much time will this take each week?
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
What if I have questions during the course?
What if I’m in the middle of a bad flare?
Why would I need this if I’m already following my doctor’s advice?
